We're looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our Visual Merchandising team as a Regional Visual Merchandiser.

This is an exciting development opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and gain hands-on experience within Visual Merchandising.

Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and store teams across the business, you'll support the delivery of visual standards across multiple locations, helping to bring the Moss brand to life through product presentation, styling and seasonal execution.

The role offers exposure to regional projects, new store openings, styling days and key trading launches, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your visual merchandising skills while making a real impact across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As Regional Visual Merchandiser, you will:

• Lead the delivery and execution of visual merchandising standards across your region, ensuring exceptional brand presentation in every store.
• Support, coach and develop in-store Visual Merchandisers and management teams to deliver best-in-class visual standards.
• Collaborate with Store Managers, Deputy Managers and Area Managers to align visual merchandising with commercial objectives.
• Support seasonal launches, promotional activity and key trading events, ensuring flawless execution across stores.
• Provide feedback and insight to help drive future visual merchandising initiatives and innovations.
• Lead visual aspects of new store openings, refits and major regional projects.
• Deliver engaging visual merchandising training and development for store teams.
• Monitor standards across the region, identifying opportunities to improve consistency and customer experience.
• Champion the Moss brand, ensuring every visual touchpoint reflects our values and aesthetic.
• Support styling events, window sign-offs and key visual merchandising projects.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menswear trends and styling to influence and inspire store teams.
• Take ownership of regional store visits and support plans, ensuring stores are visited and supported in line with VM expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous visual merchandising experience within a retail environment.
• Strong styling and mannequin dressing skills.
• Excellent understanding of visual merchandising principles and execution.
• Good knowledge of current menswear and fashion trends.
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, influence and develop others.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible approach to travel across the region.
